Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email when the order ships with tracking number.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Porcupine Paper Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.

RETURNS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please email us at hello@thecreativeporcupine.com with subject line - RETURN and your order #.

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the original order date. Returns must be packaged in a sturdy box (no envelopes/mailers) in their original, unopened packaging. We do not accept items that return broken or damaged in transit - please make sure to send them back in the same packaging materials they were shipped in.
