How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number to your email when your order ships.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?Â
We ship every business day. Once we have shipped your package, we cannot be liable for transit times, weather-related delays, or service interruptions.
The tracking on my order says it was delivered, but I never received it.
Once a package has left our hands, we cannot be held liable for theft, carrier issues, or carrier loss. We recommend contacting your shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return?

Pre-Ordered items have an estimated shipping date in the product description. Please see the product description for details on when it will ship.
Will a soldout item be restocked?
It depends on the item, but if an item sells out quickly, it will be switched to a pre-order item.
